Where the supply sits

Every MIM in existence (the full 21B, burned included), grouped by what the holding wallet is for. Click a bucket to see its wallets.

How the buckets are drawn

Balances are measured for every wallet above the 20M MIM scan floor, and always at least the top 100. “Large holders” are the wallets at or above that floor with no label yet: the same wallets the Large holders card lists below; “Small holders” is every wallet under the floor.

Tracked wallets

Named wallets and how long each has been sitting still.

What the columns mean

“Last moved” is the wallet’s most recent Bitcoin transaction of any kind; “Last MIM move” is its most recent MIM transfer specifically.

“Last MIM move” is the newest transaction on the holder’s MIM token account (its biggest one, for a wallet with several). A pool row is the pool itself: its MIM sits in the vault the pool account names, and “Share” is of the bridged supply. The bridge reserve has no share: it is not in circulation.

Wallets (addresses someone holds a key for, never a program’s) holding at least the floor in bridged MIM, with no label yet. “Last MIM move” is the newest transaction on the wallet’s MIM token account; the lookups are paced, so a fresh wallet can read “—” for a few runs.

Latest transfers of the rune on Bitcoin, netted per transaction, so change returning to the sender doesn’t inflate the amounts. “Self” is a wallet reorganising its own coins.

The story of MIM

From an MS Paint drawing to rune #17, in order. The short version of the lore told on bitcoinwizard.com and mimwizards.com.

The official sites call MIM a digital relic of whimsy: no utility, no roadmap, no insiders, the whole 21B circulating since launch and only shrinking since the burn. The same community is now drawing the 10K Bitcoin Wizards collection, inscribed on-chain as children of the meme's original inscription; that mint has a tracker of its own.
